Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about our company and products.
Website Design and Development
How long will it take to have me up and running?
Answer: We will have your email accounts setup and website uploaded to the internet within 2 to 3 weeks. Complex projects may take additional time, usually only an another week or two.
Do I need to provide you with graphics and logos for my site?
Answer: You do not need to provide us with logos or graphics. Although, if you have some that you would like to use we are more than willing to implement these into the design of your site. If not we can design and develop a logo and graphics to suit your industry needs.
Website Hosting and Email
How will my finished site get posted on the internet?
Answer: After your review and final approval of all graphics and layout we will upload your site to an FTP server. Your site will be setup with 5 email accounts of your choosing(e.g.. sales@yourdomain). Keywords will be coded into the HTML so your site will be on search engines like Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, AOL, Comcast, Ask.com, and many more.
Who will legally own my website after completion?
Answer: All of our websites including graphics and logos are owned by the customer after completion. Some companies will charge you monthly fees to update and make changes to your site. Some even charge royalties on their logos and graphics. Website Solutions does not charge any additional fees after completion. Your site is Your site.... To make changes or updates to your site in the future is always an option. You will only be billed a small fee to make periodic changes. No monthly hidden charges. Any charges relating to your site will be discussed before any work has commenced. Hosting Account Setup charges may apply.

Answer: First, do your research. Compare our quote and package deals to the others you have received. You will notice a difference in price. At our company we like to think you get much more for your dollar. Secondly, If you haven’t already, inquire with other companies and ask for price quotes. If there are contracts involved? Any maintenance fees? What’s included in the packages they offer? And Lastly, don’t ever be afraid to ask questions. If any company you deal with doesn’t have time for your questions they obviously don’t care to much about their customers. Most only care about getting payment and then move on. We are always here to answer any of your questions.
